For three generations Briggs Brothers Plumbing and Heating has been committed to serving the community and surrounding areas in the plumbing and heating trades.
Harold Briggs along with 6 employees worked out of the old family farm on Old Homestead Rd, east of Park Rd. Harold mainly installed oil furnaces and duct work, which was made in the barn. At times he also made eves trough and downspouts for customers, as well as being a full time farmer.
In 1966 Harold moved to Baldwin and set up shop on hwy 48 and in 1981 the four brothers, or brothers in –law, Phil,Tom, Wendell and Jim took over the business and it became a limited company. They specialized in all major and minor plumbing installations and repairs, Heat pumps, furnaces and also water pumps and water conditioning equipment.
In 2002 Briggs Brothers changed hands to Tom Briggs and in 2007 he moved shop to the current location at 4420 Baseline Rd, in Sutton. He now employs four hard working people who are skilled, licenced professionals, dedicated to your needs.
